I purchased my eskuta 250 about 5 years ago and it's been great , still the same battery ,just one niggle ,the Speedo stopped registering the speed after a couple of weeks but other than that I would strongly recommend it 🙂

Bike is great now I knethe bike has a safety function do batt won't overload and blow well I left mine plugged in for two weeks while I was on holiday so yes there batteries are spot and safety measureeork thank god I did leave it in by mistake but all-round great service

Excellent showground and trial of an Eskuta 250. Love the bike, easy to ride, and has lots of clever things like big headlights, keyless start, alarm, indicators, fat tires for comfort riing, large seat for 1 or 2 , unlike most ebikes. I look forward to many happy journeys on it!

I have owned an Eskuta SX 250 series 2 , and I must say i have enjoyed every single ride. I have decided to upgrade to the new and improved series 4. The customer service team at Eskuta are very very good. They reply to your questions or queries promptly and always strive hard to deal with your query satisfactorily. Matt and Michael on the customer service team are always very friendly and helpful and a great asset to the company. No query is too much trouble for the team. You are always kept informed with the progress of your order and given an advance time of when your order will be delivered. Eskuta bikes are always an eye catcher and turn heads wherever they are spotted, especially the leisure model which I have. From my personal experience of riding bicycles for commuting, I find the SX250 ebike a lot safer to ride on the road in all traffic conditions than standard bikes due to the moped style construction and ride of the Eskuta. They have motorcycle grade parts, mirrors and indicators which makes the ride so much safer in my experience, and especially so when you wear suitable hi visibility clothing. Having owned an Eskuta for a couple of years I cannot think of going back to a conventional ebike. With my dealings with the company, I would recommend them.

The Eskuta sx-250 series iii is a brilliant e-bike. There’s no other product like this in the United Kingdom. I did some research on e-bikes and kits. I came across the Eskuta. I did some research on this and found that it’s so brilliant design that I had to have one. The styling is amazing it’s got all the features that I wanted and more. I’m Ron and used to work at Rolls Royce as a Instrument Mechanic. There every had to be perfect. Your product is perfect. I would like to thank all the staff at Eskuta. I had the Eskuta on Friday and now it’s Tuesday. I have done 17 miles so far. All the best from Ron Jones.

The bikes are solid but good quality, so easy to ride. Starting up always on the slow side so it’s hard going steep hills and turning out of junctions. I guess that’s also a part of the riders skill. Customer service as been so far so good.

I’ve had quite a few EPACs in the last 10 years - some compliant and one less so! As boat owners craned the bikes on/off our boat (in the USA) - now in the UK (with a Motorhome) we needed hassle free local transport and found the Eskuta. How the technology has moved forward - lighter and more powerful. Big advantage is that we recharge direct from the Moho - no need to carry petrol. We can also take the Eskuta into any country in Europe and not have Tax, Insurance and import restrictions! Its simple an awesome asset to Moho travel!

Received my eskuta sx250series iii on Friday 30th June so very very pleased with the delivery guy Karl and his explanation of everything and it's fantastic getting me to and from work everyday would definitely recommend to others I chose Matt acid yellow I just love it

The service has been outstanding so far from Michael and also Matt no.2 he especially has been great not only dealing with my questions and resolving them but also making sure I was happy with what I ordered and I have been very impressed. I just wish I went with Eskuta sooner.

The folk at Eskuta, especially Michael, were fantastic. The process of buying the bike through my work's cycle to work was seamless with them. Amazing communication and customer service. Excellent customer service couldn't have been more helpful. I contacted them after buying a Scooter from one of their distributors as my daughter was having to charge it twice a day they replaced the battery free of charge and kept me up to date with the process throughout and even delivered for free.
